DeWitt is the Geneva haute horlogerie house Count Jérôme de Witt founded in 2003; a direct descendant of King Jérôme of Westphalia, Napoleon's youngest brother, he put that lineage on his watch cases as "imperial columns" along the case band. Its Academia Tourbillon Différentiel won the Technical Innovation and Complication Watch Prize at the 2005 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, and the manufacture makes its dials in-house.
