Glycine is a Swiss watchmaker founded by Eugène Meylan in Biel/Bienne in 1914. Its signature is the Airman, a pilot's watch patented in 1953 whose 24-hour dial and locking 24-hour bezel show two time zones at once; United States Air Force crews wore it in Vietnam and Pete Conrad took one on Gemini 5 and Gemini 11. Invicta Watch Group has owned the brand since 2016. (Wikipedia)
