Lemania is a Swiss watch and movement manufacture founded in 1884 by Alfred Lugrin, renamed for his son-in-law Marius Meylan's firm Lemania Watch Co. in 1930, and merged with Omega and Tissot into the SSIH group in 1932. It is best known for the chronograph movement it developed in 1946, later adopted by Omega as the calibre 321 that powered the Speedmaster. (Wikipedia)
