Police is the Italian lifestyle brand of the eyewear group De Rigo, founded in 1978 in Cadore by Walter and Ennio De Rigo; launched in 1983 as the group's first proprietary brand, Police built its name on sunglasses, introducing blue mirrored lenses in the 1990s, and extended under its eagle emblem to fragrances in 1997 and to watches from 2003, fronted by Bruce Willis, George Clooney and Antonio Banderas.
