Watches

Breitling Chronomat 13050
In the E-card showdown against Kaiji, Teiai executive Tonegawa wears his watch on the inside of his wrist so its subdials can secretly display Kaiji's pulse, temperature, and perspiration, fed from an earpiece worn under the guise of the bet; Kaiji realizes the watch itself is the cheating device at the end of ch. 120, and confronts Tonegawa with it in ch. 123, "Undefeated" (不倒). In Breitling's own 2026 brand feature, creator Nobuyuki Fukumoto confirms he modeled Tonegawa's watch on the Chronomat Ref.13050, chosen for a chronograph layout that suited displaying vital signs and a presence that matched Tonegawa's stature; the feature reproduces the chapter 123 panel directly, courtesy of Kodansha.
