Masakazu Katsura's superhero manga, serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1983, follows high schooler Kenta Hirono, who transforms into the alien hero Wingman using a magical "Dream Note" that can make its wielder's wishes real. It was adapted into a 1984 anime television series. (Wikipedia)
