A Forest of Wool and Steel (羊と鋼の森, Hitsuji to Hagane no Mori) is a 2018 Japanese drama film directed by Kojiro Hashimoto for Toho, released 8 June 2018 and adapting Natsu Miyashita's Booksellers' Award-winning novel. Kento Yamazaki stars as Naoki Tomura, a high school student inspired to become a piano tuner after watching one work on his school's piano; after graduating he joins the instrument shop where Tomokazu Miura's Soichiro Itadori, a veteran tuner, becomes his mentor.
