Chicago Overcoat is a 2009 crime drama directed by Brian Caunter. Frank Vincent plays Lou Marazano, a retired hitman who comes out of retirement after twenty years to earn money for his struggling daughter, taking contracts from mob boss Lorenzo Galante (Mike Starr) to eliminate witnesses from an old case.
