Mountain rescue climber Gabe Walker is drawn back into the Rockies by a distress call that turns out to be a trap: hijackers led by the ruthless Eric Qualen have lost three cases of stolen Treasury money in a mid-air heist gone wrong, and they need Gabe's climbing skill to recover it, killing hostages to keep him compliant. Worn by Sylvester Stallone as Gabe Walker. In 1993 "Khaki" was still Hamilton's umbrella name for the whole military-heritage collection, years before it divided into the Khaki Field, Khaki Navy, Khaki Aviation, and Khaki King sub-lines sold today. The credit uses that umbrella term and goes no further, so neither a sub-line nor a reference can be attached to it. Montres de Luxe independently corroborates the Hamilton Khaki identification. Worn & Wound's survey of Hamilton on screen, by James Enloe, reports that "criminal mastermind Qualen checks his Hamilton quartz chronograph to see how they are doing against the clock"; it names no model. A close-up cutaway of the moment, followed within a second by a frame of Lithgow looking down at the same wrist, shows a black-dial chronograph with a tachymeter bezel, three subdials and a black leather strap; its dial text is too blurred to read, so the watch is recorded to the maker only.
