Eli Roth's remake of the 1974 film, written by Joe Carnahan, recasts Paul Kersey (Bruce Willis) as a Chicago trauma surgeon who turns vigilante after a home invasion kills his wife and leaves his daughter in a coma. Panerai Radiomir

Worn by Bruce Willis as Paul Kersey. Panerai runs through the plot. A Forumamontres member who saw it on release in May 2018 describes a heavy Panerai placement with close-ups: a watch stolen, a watch given as a birthday present. The VreMax blog lays out the sequence: Kersey winds a Panerai early on and complains that it runs slow, receives a second as a present, loses both in the robbery, and later recognizes one on a criminal's wrist, which leads him to the robbers. The frame a second member posted in June 2018 shows Kersey holding a steel cushion-cased watch whose dial reads Radiomir Panerai, with a date at 3 and small seconds at 9; no source names a reference for either watch.
