From IMWDb
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah

Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (ゴジラVSデストロイア) is a Japanese kaiju film directed by Takao Okawara with special effects by Kōichi Kawakita, released by Toho on December 9, 1995 as the 22nd Godzilla film and the last of the Heisei series. A Godzilla whose nuclear heart is running out of control, glowing orange as "Burning Godzilla", faces Destoroyah, a creature born of the Oxygen Destroyer that killed the original monster in 1954, while Godzilla Junior and the returning Momoko Kōchi's Emiko Yamane link the story back to the first film.
