Set in 1962 Baltimore, "pleasantly plump" teenager Tracy Turnblad chases stardom on a local TV dance show while rallying against the program's racial segregation. Lady Hamilton is the brand's long-running women's dress line, spanning small postwar cocktail watches and the materially different American Classic revivals of the Swatch Group era. The credit names neither reference nor era, so it cannot be pinned to a piece contemporary with the film's 1962 setting or to a modern one.
