Headhunters (Hodejegerne) is a 2011 Norwegian thriller directed by Morten Tyldum, adapted from Jo Nesbø's novel. Aksel Hennie plays Roger Brown, Norway's most successful corporate recruiter, who secretly funds his lavish lifestyle by stealing fine art. When a job candidate, Clas Greve (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), turns out to own a lost Rubens, Roger's attempt to steal it sets off a chain of betrayal and violence that leaves him fighting for his life.
