Legend (2015)

From IMWDb
Legend

Brian Helgeland's biographical crime drama of the Kray twins, with Tom Hardy playing both Reggie and Ronnie as they run 1960s London's East End through nightclubs, protection and violence. (IMDb)

Watches

Seiko 5 6119-8203
Worn by Tom Hardy as Reggie Kray. Reggie wears the watch with black tie at the casino table: a round steel automatic, silver dial with day-date at three o'clock, coin-edge bezel and a brick-link bracelet, reading as a costlier Swiss dress watch at a fraction of the price. The model is a probable identification from spotting communities rather than a resolved one; the 6119 calibre ran from about 1969, which sits just at or after the film's late-1960s setting, so the choice is period-adjacent rather than strictly contemporaneous. Reggie Kray's Omega
Worn by Tom Hardy as Reggie Kray. The second watch Hardy wears as Reggie is the genuine article: preparing to play both twins he borrowed jewellery and watches from the Kray estates, and Reggie's own gold Omega went in front of the camera with him. It is a slim tonneau-cased dress watch in 18-carat gold, a double row of diamonds around the bezel, champagne dial with applied Roman numerals, on an integral textured gold bracelet, a jeweller's watch rather than the steel automatic he wears at the casino table. The watch has since been sold with a copy of Reggie's will; it carries a nine-jewel mechanical movement and no model name or reference in any record of it. Borrowing a dead gangster's watch to play him carries more of the character than most props manage. (Time and Tide; EveryWatch)
