A Japanese watch-identification blog notes it as the previous-generation Submariner Date at the time of filming and a fitting match for the character's slim-suited look, continuing the anime version's habit of putting Jigen in a Submariner Date. Omega Speedmaster Legend 3559.32

Worn by Shun Oguri as Arsène Lupin III. Oguri's Lupin wears the steel Speedmaster "Legend", the 6,000-piece Michael Schumacher edition of 2004 with an ivory dial, black registers and a red minute track, which a Japanese watch-identification survey of the franchise names as reference 3559.32 and describes as a Paul Newman Daytona colourway at a fraction of the price. The film's publicity photograph of Oguri in the red jacket with the Walther P38 shows the watch on his left wrist, a white-dial chronograph with dark registers on a steel bracelet, consistent with that reading; the survey gives no scene, and no frame from the film has been checked here.
