Watches
- A-17 field watch
- Worn by Elliott Gould as Captain John "Trapper John" McIntyre. BAMF Style identifies Trapper John's watch as a WWII-era American A-17 military-issue pilot's watch, a design commonly made by Bulova or Waltham. (BAMF Style) The round watch stays visible on Trapper John's right wrist while he tends to an infant. Against his patterned robe, the dark strap and simple case look distinctly utilitarian. The wide hospital image documents its use as part of his working clothes, but does not reveal a maker's signature on the dial. (scene image)
