Schindler's List, directed by Steven Spielberg from Thomas Keneally's book, was released by Universal Pictures in December 1993. Liam Neeson plays Oskar Schindler, the German industrialist who saved more than a thousand Jewish workers from the Holocaust by employing them in his factories, with Ben Kingsley as his accountant Itzhak Stern and Ralph Fiennes as the SS officer Amon Göth. Hamilton (unidentified model)

Worn by Liam Neeson as Oskar Schindler. Julien's Auctions, consigning a double-faced Hamilton prop watch with a gold-tone bezel and white face directly from the production, describes it as "the same or similar to" the watch Schindler gives Itzhak Stern (Ben Kingsley) to bribe a guard into releasing a Jewish couple from a forced-labor camp. It is a distinct prop from the Rolex Prince Schindler wears throughout the rest of the film, and Julien's lot was accompanied at auction by a letter from the film's property master. A candidate frame of the bribery moment itself shows only Stern's hand and sleeve, not Schindler, so it is not used here as this row's scene; delivering it would misattribute the image to the wrong actor pending a separate row for Stern.
