Ludlow (a corrupt, functionally alcoholic detective) wears a Rolex GMT-Master II with the black-and-red "Coke" bezel, a watch built for pilots crossing time zones on a man who works one city and has nowhere to be but inside it. The red-and-black aluminium Coke bezel of that period belongs to the ref. 16710, the last aluminium-bezel GMT-Master II before Rolex moved to ceramic; the exact reference is not resolved on screen.
