Damien Leone's low-budget slasher, expanded from his own All Hallows' Eve (2013) segment into the feature that made Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton) a horror-convention fixture. On Halloween night, Art stalks and graphically mutilates two young women, Tara Heyes (Jenna Kanell) and her friend Dawn Emerson (Catherine Corcoran), across an abandoned building after they cross paths with him at a pizzeria.
