The Corruptor, directed by James Foley, was released by New Line Cinema in March 1999. Mark Wahlberg plays rookie officer Danny Wallace, partnered in Chinatown with the ethically compromised veteran detective Nick Chen, played by Chow Yun-Fat, as the two navigate a gang war and Chen's own entanglement with organized crime. Watches
- Omega Speedmaster (unidentified model)
- Worn by Chow Yun-Fat as Detective Nick Chen. Montres de Luxe identifies Chen's watch as a steel Omega Speedmaster, naming no sub-line or reference. (Montres de Luxe) A soft frame of Chen crouched against a car in the alley shootout shows a round steel case with a dark dial on a brown leather strap; the subdials and bezel cannot be read, so it is consistent with a Speedmaster rather than proof of one, and nothing separates the Professional from the Reduced and the other Speedmaster lines.
