The Graduate

A listless college graduate drifts into an affair with Mrs. Robinson, the wife of his father's business partner, then falls for her daughter Elaine. (Wikipedia) Mike Nichols directed from Charles Webb's novel, with Anne Bancroft as Mrs. Robinson, Dustin Hoffman as Benjamin Braddock, Katharine Ross as Elaine, William Daniels as Mr. Braddock and Murray Hamilton as Mr. Robinson; Embassy Pictures opened it in New York on December 20, 1967 and across the United States the following day.

Watches

Unidentified watch
Worn by Dustin Hoffman as Benjamin Braddock. Benjamin wears the same steel wristwatch with a brown gradient dial on a black leather strap on his left wrist through the film, under the herringbone tweed jacket, the seersucker, the beige windbreaker and the corduroy sport coat; BAMF Style describes it in each of those wardrobe breakdowns, finds no maker on it, and has asked its readers for an identification. (BAMF Style; BAMF Style; BAMF Style; BAMF Style) In the Taft Hotel argument with Mrs. Robinson he instead wears an all-gold watch, slid onto his right wrist as he dresses in a temper, which the site records as a wardrobe inconsistency rather than a second identified piece. (BAMF Style)
Unidentified watch
Worn by William Daniels as Mr. Braddock. At Benjamin's 21st birthday party, where Mr. Braddock has his son demonstrate a scuba suit in the family pool for the guests, he wears a gold wristwatch on a gold-plated expansion band whose overlaid cylinders taper in length as the band stretches away from the case, beside a silver-toned wedding band, with his blue cabana set. BAMF Style describes the watch and band and gives no maker or dial detail. (BAMF Style)
