Eiji Uchida's Japanese-Korean crime thriller, a Japan-set spin-off built inside the world of South Korea's Crime City (The Roundup) franchise, with franchise star Ma Dong-seok credited as associate producer rather than appearing on screen. Set in Tokyo's Kabukicho red-light district, the film follows an ex-biker-turned-detective, Shiro Aiba (Koji Mizukami), partnered with visiting Korean police ace Choi Si-woo (Yunho of TVXQ) to unravel a conspiracy of robberies, yakuza syndicates, and casino-investment corruption; Shingo Tsurumi appears in the ensemble cast alongside Pierre Taki as Iwaki-gumi boss Ryohei Iwaki and comedian Tonikaku Akarui Yasumura as Rabbit, the Manila-based ringleader of an underground gig-work crime network.
