U.S. Marshals (1998)

From IMWDb
U.S. Marshals

Stuart Baird's action thriller for Warner Bros. Pictures, a spin-off of The Fugitive (1993) that keeps Tommy Lee Jones's Deputy U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard and gives him a new fugitive: framed government operative Mark Sheridan, on the run after a prisoner-transport plane crash, with a State Department agent's own agenda complicating the hunt. Tommy Lee Jones stars with Wesley Snipes and Robert Downey Jr.. (IMDb)

Hamilton Khaki King
Worn by Tommy Lee Jones as Sam Gerard. Hamilton's own historical film-credit page names this placement specifically "Khaki King," with the added detail "fake blood on bracelet," rather than the plain "Khaki" it uses for other productions. No reference is given, and the credit predates the cataloged H64455533 reference's 2011 introduction, so it likely names an earlier Khaki King execution under the same collection name. (Hamilton)
