Will I Be Single Forever? (ずっと独身でいるつもり？) is a 2021 Nikkatsu film directed by Momoko Fukuda, adapting Marisato Okazaki's comic based on an essay by Mami Amamiya, released theatrically in Japan on 19 November 2021. Minami Tanaka stars in her first leading film role as Mami Honda, a 36-year-old writer whose decade-old breakout essay on independent womanhood has left her unable to produce a follow-up, fielding constant unsolicited concern about staying single as her career stalls. The film interweaves her story with three other women navigating relationships and self-image, played by Miwako Ichikawa, Eri Tokunaga, and Sayuri Matsumura.
