Wait (2024)

From IMWDb
Wait

A music video by Jeremy Renner, directed by Evan Hara and released on the first anniversary of Renner's snowplow accident, following his recovery as a father. (IMDb) "Wait" arrived on 1 January 2024, exactly a year after a snowplow whose emergency brake had failed pulled Renner under it as he moved to shield his nephew, and it served as the lead single for the EP Love and Titanium (ComicBook.com). Renner has described the EP as tracing "different milestones in my journey of recovery," its title lifted from his own line to Diane Sawyer about being refilled with love and titanium (ComicBook.com).

Watches

U-Boat Classico
Worn by Jeremy Renner as Himself. Renner picked the watch himself for the video, and U-Boat's own launch coverage calls the Classico 45 Tungsteno CAS2 the "co-star" of the shoot: a 45mm steel chronograph on a polished tungsten bezel, beige metal dial with black SuperLumiNova and three black sub-registers, Sellita SW500 inside, on aged cognac leather (WatchGecko). It is an outsized, deliberately conspicuous piece for a video about a body rebuilt in metal, and the placement is an authored choice by the performer rather than an incidental wardrobe pick.
