情事と事情 (Jouji to Jijou, "Affairs and Circumstances") is a 2024 Lemino original drama adapted from Kodemari Komari's novel of the same name, streamed weekly across eight episodes from December 5, 2024 to January 23, 2025. The ensemble piece opens with seven people gathered one afternoon in a luxury hotel's tea lounge and traces the affairs binding them together: Kana Kurashina plays Arisa Yuki, a woman who appears to have everything but watches from above as the others' entanglements unfold; Nobuaki Kaneko plays her husband Osamu Yuki, a company executive carrying on an affair with pianist Marimo Tamaki (Kasumi Mori) while indifferent to his wife's own attachments. Also present are freelance writer Ayako Chujo (Honami Sato), photographer Haruto Sera (Kanta Sato), bar owner Runa Minazuki (Sei Mahiru), and her much-younger boyfriend Remon Sato (Takuto Teranishi).
