In 1990s Taipei, prosecutor Kuo Hsiao-chi investigates a serial killer who stages crime scenes and manipulates the media to taunt the police and the press covering the case. (IMDb) Directed by Chung Mong-hong and Ted Chen, the Taiwanese thriller adapts Miyuki Miyabe's 2001 novel The Copycat. Wu Kang-ren stars as Kuo Hsiao-chi opposite Alice Ko and Ruby Lin; the ten-episode series premiered on Netflix worldwide on 31 March 2023 and became the first Taiwanese drama to reach the platform's global top ten.
