Two Navajo Tribal Police officers investigate a string of crimes in the 1970s Four Corners region while confronting the wounds of their own past. (IMDb) Created by Graham Roland from Tony Hillerman's Leaphorn & Chee novels and produced with Robert Redford among its executive producers, the series stars Zahn McClarnon as Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn, Kiowa Gordon as Jim Chee, and Jessica Matten as Bernadette Manuelito; it premiered on AMC and AMC+ on June 12, 2022. Season 4, adapting The Ghostway, premiered February 15, 2026, and introduces Franka Potente as Irene Vaggan, a hired assassin pursuing the same missing girl as Leaphorn while nursing an obsession with him.
