Itsuka, Hero ("Someday, Hero") is a TV Asahi drama that aired 6 April to 1 June 2025, written by Koji Hayashi. Kenta Kiritani stars as Seiji Akayama, a children's welfare-home caretaker who leaves in 2005 to build a school in Cambodia and is immediately attacked and left comatose; twenty years later he wakes, escapes the hospital, and finds the home he once ran long gone and the five children he mentored fallen into despair. Ryuya Miyase, Neru Nagahama, Denden, Yuka Itaya, and Yukiya Kitamura round out the cast. (Japanese Wikipedia)
