Koh-Lanta

TF1's adaptation of the Survivor format, produced by Adventure Line Productions and broadcast since 4 August 2001, strands a group of contestants on an island for forty days of survival, immunity challenges and tribal councils; the title is the Thai island where the first season was shot. Worn by Denis Brogniart as Host. Forumamontres members watching the season broadcast in spring 2012 noticed that Brogniart changes watch within an episode: hipkiss thought he saw a Monaco at the tribal council on 6 April 2012, st genis counted one BRM and two TAG Heuers in the same evening, and by May Bender was reminding new posters that the thread had already settled on a Monaco and a BRM for the host. The square case reads as the Monaco to the members; no post names the execution or reference. BRM (unidentified model)

Worn by Denis Brogniart as Host. The other watch is a large BRM chronograph on a perforated racing-style strap with a red keeper. hipkiss proposed BRM on 6 April 2012 when cedric79 and lecorse2b had mistaken the strap for the forum's own leather band, Le Belge matched watch and strap to a BRM print advertisement in a motoring magazine, lecorse2b confirmed the BRM a week later, and in July lithium saw a large-diameter BRM that BRxavier read as a 44 mm V12 or V16 and that lithium, on TF1's Olympic opening-ceremony broadcast of 27 July, described as a Gulf-liveried BRM. The members agree on the maker and the strap but not on the model, and cedlabomb's April note of an Omega Speedmaster on the host is the one dissent in the thread. TAG Heuer Grand Carrera

Worn by Denis Brogniart as Host. A week before the 2011 final Gaïan noted that Brogniart alternated between TAG Heuers on the programme. During the live final of the Raja Ampat season on 16 December 2011, -Laurent- asked what he had on: cedric79 answered a TAG Heuer Carrera, -Laurent- made out a black case, rounded black pushers and red hands, funkymystik proposed the Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS2, and lithium confirmed a Carrera from a close-up of the wrist as the host drew the voting papers from the urn. -Laurent- then settled on the Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS2 chronograph in black titanium, and lithium, xaar and MJPAA agreed, xaar adding a product picture. Six members converge on the Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS2; the photographs they posted are no longer hosted and none of them gives a reference. Tudor Black Bay

Worn by Denis Brogniart as Host. On 1 April 2016 Mestfield asked whether he was behind the times in seeing Brogniart wear a Black Bay in that evening's Koh-Lanta; l-espagnol had never seen him with one, Le Jules had not recognised it but found it clearly a Black Bay and new on the host, Pascab added that Brogniart had also worn a MAT chronograph during the comfort challenge, and jogrim promised to watch closely the next Friday. Two members agree on a Tudor Black Bay, new to the host that season; the dial, bezel and reference are not given and no frame was posted.
