My Oshi Is Now My Boss: Full Throttle (推しが上司になりまして フルスロットル) is a TV Tokyo Drama NEXT romance that aired late on Wednesday nights from 9 October to 25 December 2025, the second season of the drama adapted from Yuki Azuma and Ito Morinaga's manga, written as an original story with new characters. Airi Suzuki plays Ai Minami, secretary at the apparel trading house Takashiro and a devoted fan of the actor Shun Himuro, who turns out to be its new president, Shun Takashiro, played by Yusei Yagi.
