Special Agent Dwayne Cassius "King" Pride (Scott Bakula) leads the Naval Criminal Investigative Service's field office in the Big Easy, backed by Special Agent Christopher LaSalle, transfer Meredith Brody, and eccentric medical examiner Dr. Loretta Wade, investigating crimes that expose the city's darker side.
