Risky Romance (사생결단 로맨스) is an MBC television series directed by Lee Chang-han that aired from July 23 to September 17, 2018, in 32 half-hour episodes. Ji Hyun-woo plays Han Seung-joo, a gifted neurosurgeon turned cold after a friend's death, and Lee Si-young plays Joo In-ah, the endocrinologist who decides his hormones are to blame. (Wikipedia)

The Economic Review's watch column of 27 July 2018 identifies Han Seung-joo's watch as a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Small Seconds, the blue-dialled steel model new that year: 27.4 by 45.6 mm, hand-wound, small seconds at six, on a strap designed by an Argentine bootmaker, 10.1 million won. The MBC close-up it reproduces shows the blue rectangular dial on a leather strap as he clasps his hands. The reading is the columnist's own from the frame, and the column gives no reference.
