Slow Horses

Slow Horses is an Apple TV+ spy thriller created by Will Smith, adapting Mick Herron's Slough House novels. (Wikipedia) Gary Oldman plays Jackson Lamb, the unkempt and acid-tongued head of Slough House, the administrative purgatory where MI5 exiles its washed-up agents; Jack Lowden plays River Cartwright, a promising young agent banished there after a botched training exercise. The series premiered on 1 April 2022 and has run five seasons.

In season 5 Lamb reaches into a car's glovebox and his shirt cuff rides up over a black resin digital watch: a small rounded case with two buttons on one side and one on the other, a grey LCD showing the weekday, and a ribbed resin strap. Fender59, a Klocksnack member, posted two captures in October 2025 and named it a Casio F-91W, a watch he said always flies under the radar.
