- Watches licensed to the Star Trek franchise generally, rather than to this series, are listed here as the work that launched it. For later series with cataloged watches, see Star Trek: Picard (2020) and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2021); for the 2016 film, see Star Trek Beyond (2016).

Gene Roddenberry's science-fiction series follows Captain James T. Kirk (William Shatner), science officer Spock (Leonard Nimoy) and Dr. Leonard McCoy (DeForest Kelley) aboard the starship USS Enterprise NCC-1701. Produced by Desilu and then Paramount Television, it ran for 79 episodes on NBC from September 8, 1966 to June 3, 1969, was cancelled after three seasons and became a cult success in syndication, launching the franchise later known as Star Trek: The Original Series.
