Tales of the Unusual (世にも奇妙な物語) is Fuji Television's anthology of short dramas, introduced by Tamori as storyteller, which began as a weekly series on 19 April 1990 and continues as seasonal specials, each gathering several self-contained stories of the strange. The summer special of 18 June 2022 had four, among them Nandakanda Ginza, in which Teppei Arita of the comedy duo Cream Stew took his first leading role in a drama.
