The 19th Medical Chart (19番目のカルテ 徳重晃の問診) is a TBS Sunday Theater medical drama that ran from 13 July to 7 September 2025, adapting Katsuhito Fujiya's manga of the same name. Jun Matsumoto stars, in his first-ever doctor role, as Akira Tokushige, a general physician in a hospital's newly created 19th specialty, general medicine, where patient interviews help him diagnose cases other specialists have missed. Worn by Fuka Koshiba as Mizuki Takino. Japanese drama-fashion site Arekiru (drama-tv-fashion.com) identifies the white digital watch that nurse Mizuki Takino wears with her scrubs in hospital scenes across episodes 3, 4, 6, 7 and the finale, episode 8, as a Casio Baby-G of the slim square BGD-565 series in its all-white colourway. Arekiru names the series but not a full suffix, so the appearance is recorded at the model-line level.
