M6's adaptation of Channel 4's The Island with Bear Grylls, broadcast from 19 May 2015, leaves a group of volunteers on a deserted island for twenty-eight days with three knives, three machetes and a few jerrycans of water, filming themselves without a production crew and without a prize. The explorer Mike Horn trained the castaways and presented the first four seasons from 2015 to 2018, and the programme returned in 2025 with Loury Lag. (IMDb) (Wikipedia)

In May 2018 indienlife posted a close-up frame of a blue-dial Submersible on a rubber strap from the programme. Six members agree on a Panerai Submersible on the presenter and divide between the Arktos and the depth-gauge model, which suggests more than one watch across the seasons; no reference is settled.
