The Powerpuff Girls is Craig McCracken's animated superhero series for Cartoon Network about Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, three kindergarten-aged girls with superpowers who defend the city of Townsville with their creator Professor Utonium. Produced by Hanna-Barbera and later Cartoon Network Studios, it premiered on November 18, 1998 and ran six seasons to March 25, 2005, 78 episodes plus two pilots, a feature film and three specials, and was nominated for six Emmy Awards. Discovery Global Consumer Products for the series' 25th anniversary and Baby-G's 30th: a BGD-10K two-way digital that wears as a wristwatch or, with its case dropped into a bubblegum-pink silicone holder, as a charm, its band printed with the show's logo and portraits of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, its LCD framed by the show's heart symbol, and its case back engraved with the three in action, at $139.
