The Veil (2021)

The Veil (검은 태양, literally "Black Sun," the title under which Korean-language coverage often refers to it) is a 2021 MBC spy-action drama produced as a special project for the network's 60th anniversary. Nam Goong-min stars as Han Ji-hyuk, an elite National Intelligence Service field agent who vanishes for a year after his team is betrayed, then quietly returns to hunt down the person responsible, opposite Park Ha-sun as fellow agent Seo Soo-yeon and Kim Ji-eun as Yoo Je-yi. The 12-episode series ran on MBC from 17 September to 23 October 2021, and Nam Goong-min won the Grand Prize at that year's MBC Drama Awards for the role. (Wikipedia)

GQ Korea names a Hublot Big Bang Unico King Gold in its profile of Nam Goong-min's collection and says he was seen wearing the brand while playing the NIS role in The Veil (also titled Black Sun). It treats his Richard Mille and Audemars Piguet watches separately as personal wear. The Hublot wording connects the watch to the role but identifies no on-screen shot; the account has no independent corroboration. MBC's stills from the run show Han Ji-hyuk in a black-dial steel diver with a black bezel on a steel mesh bracelet, and in one still a black resin digital watch; neither is a King Gold Big Bang.
