Unmet: A Neurosurgeon's Diary (アンメット―ある脳外科医の日記―) is a 2024 Japanese medical drama adapted from Yuzuru Koshika and Kanto Otsuki's manga, broadcast by Kansai TV and the Fuji Network from 15 April to 24 June. Hana Sugisaki stars as Miyabi Kawauchi, a once-promising neurosurgeon whose brain injury left her with anterograde amnesia, unable to retain memories beyond a single day; forced out of surgery and into a support role, she details each day in a journal to hold onto who she is while working to reclaim her place as a doctor.
