Isaac's starting Hacker Suit was reworked for this game: the Dead Space Wiki's own breakdown of the "re-iterated" Dead Space 3 version notes a new undershirt and pants, and that "Isaac also dons a wristwatch on his right hand," worn until the suit is retired once the player reaches the EVA Suit. A contemporary launch-week report independently corroborates that the character wears an in-game watch. Neither source describes the dial or case closely enough to support an identification, and no frame is yet on file, so the item stays unidentified pending a clearer capture. Electronic Arts and the Los Angeles watchmaker MSTR (Meister Watches) released this 500-piece "CEC Engineer-Class" chronograph for $265 to mark the game's February 2013 launch, branded for the fictional Concordance Extraction Corporation; a contemporary report describes it explicitly as the watch "Isaac Clarke wears in game."
