Final Fantasy XI is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game first released in Japan on 16 May 2002 for PlayStation 2, later reaching Windows and Xbox 360. Developed and published by Square (later Square Enix), it sends players' avatars across the fantasy realm of Vana'diel, allied with one of three founding nations, to quest, complete missions, and develop character jobs alongside other players. Square Enix and Seiko announced this ¥44,000 quartz chronograph in November 2022 for the game's 20th anniversary "We Are Vana'diel" campaign, released August 2023. Its dial carries a "XI" index at 12 o'clock, a tachymeter bezel, and three subdials crested for the founding nations of San d'Oria, Bastok, and Windurst; the case back mirror-finishes a map of Vana'diel.
