miHoYo's free-to-play 3D science-fantasy action role-playing game, published internationally by HoYoverse, that released in China on 14 October 2016, globally for Android and iOS on 28 March 2018, and added a PC client on 26 December 2019. Players command squads of up to three Valkyries, elite young women with resistance to the Honkai, a cyclical catastrophic force that corrupts humans and threatens civilization, in real-time hack-and-slash combat. The story follows protagonist Kiana Kaslana, revealed over the course of the narrative to be a clone designated K-423 built to host the dormant second Herrscher, as she and her companions confront increasingly powerful Honkai manifestations.
