The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Automatic 15400 is the 41 mm time-and-date Royal Oak, made from 2012 to 2019, between two references easy to confuse with it. It replaced the 39 mm 15300 and was replaced by the 15500; since all three share the octagonal bezel, eight screws and integrated bracelet, the dial separates them: the 15300 carries a large AP logo below twelve, while the 15400 uses a smaller logo under a doubled marker and adds an index beside the date window. The in-house calibre 3120 carries over unchanged, so the two extra millimetres, which enlarged the Grande Tapisserie dial, are what the reference change was about.
