Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore
More actions
The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore is the enlarged, more aggressive Royal Oak Audemars Piguet launched in 1993, designed by Emmanuel Gueit to court a younger, sportier buyer than the original 1972 Genta design had reached. It keeps the Royal Oak's octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet, but grows the case, thickens the proportions, and adds a chronograph or other complication to most references. (Audemars Piguet)
The line has run continuously since in steel, gold, titanium, ceramic and forged carbon, past 48 mm at the largest, and has carried celebrity collaborations including the End of Days and T3 editions built with Arnold Schwarzenegger. No single reference describes the family's full screen record.
