An unidentified black field watch worn by Yasmine Al-Bustami as NCIS special agent Lucy Tara in NCIS: Hawaii (2021). The close-up resolves the layout even though it never resolves the maker: a black dial with white Arabic hour numerals, a smaller inner ring running 13 to 24, luminous baton hands, a red-tipped seconds hand and a woven fabric strap. That inner ring is the military dial convention, letting a wearer read 1500 off a twelve-hour hand set without arithmetic, a convention on issued and issue-styled watches since the Second World War and still the default costume grammar for a character carrying a federal badge. Everything visible is generic to that class, and no logo or dial text resolves at any point: the identification is open.
