The Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42, reference RB0145371G1P1, is the red gold execution of the dress chronograph line Breitling relaunched in 2018 on the model of its 1940s Premier: a 42 mm case 13.6 mm thick, a silver dial with two registers, a tachymeter scale on its rim and a date at six, rectangular pushers, and the in-house calibre B01 with about 70 hours of reserve under a sapphire back.
