The Cartier Tank MC Ref.W5330003 is the large model in Cartier's Tank MC ("Manufacture Cartier") line, introduced in 2011 around an in-house self-winding movement, the automatic caliber 1904-PS MC. The 43.9 mm by 34.3 mm steel case carries a silvered flinqué dial, blued sword hands, a date aperture at 3 o'clock, and a small-seconds subdial at 6, on a black alligator strap. (Cartier) A curved, square-cased watch glimpsed at Yuji Oda's cuff as Shogo Kai in Suits is probably this reference, per a Japanese watch blog's own hedged case-shape comparison; its clearest frame, from episode 2, shows a black dial rather than this reference's silvered one, a discrepancy the blog does not resolve.
