The Casio G-Shock GA-100CF-1A9 is the black-and-gold entry in Casio's camouflage-dial series, released in April 2014 on the GA-100 as its base model, with the same resin case and the same module 5081 as the 2010 original. CF designates the dial and nothing structural: a metallic camouflage print in gold over bronze runs behind the hands, around both LCD windows and across the raised indexes, with the hands and the bezel legends picked out in gold against a body and band that stay plain black. Casio pitched the series on camouflage as a fashion pattern rather than as field equipment, then described the same range as expressing G-Shock's toughness through military design; the two claims sit side by side in its own copy.
